Encore wins Best Animated Short at the Chandler International Film Festival

The Chandler International Film Festival (CIFF) is year round award competition and screening festival with annual event at the Chandler Center for the Arts on January 14th, 2017. CIFF committee says "we create an opportunity for filmmakers to get their films judged and let them compete with other filmmakers. We perform a comprehensive evaluation process and select only high-quality films." CIFF is glad to announce that Encore won the Best Animated Short Film among other competitive films across the world.
